The Library of Congress is running a Congressional Data Challenge with a $5000 prize: "A variety of legislative data is available on the Congress.gov website (for some examples, see our LC for Robots page). We are sponsoring this legislative data challenge to advance the discovery, use, and exploration of the collection of legislative information the Library offers to the nation and the world through the website Congress.gov."
